In the area where the site is located, the river valley flows with the mountain valley. The most unique feature on the site is the mountainous terrain with a height difference of more than 70 meters. For this reason, influenced by the continuity of the river and the sinking landform, the overall planning shape adopts soft curve elements, and the building conforms to the mountain and the river “flows”. The designed building is part of the terrain of the Nanming River, and the building is like the mountains that grew up in the valley towered into the sky.

The first platform is formed by 9-storey 62m high retail street. The flowing façade is divided into 6 sections by 5 vertical green garden. The space between the retail street and the slope provides more than 5,000 parking spaces. A 250m office tower and a 5-storey retail mall located above the platform with three over 180m residential towers above the retail mall. The mall has over 100,000sm and provides large scale public amenities such as ice world, wedding hall and cinema.
