The project is located within a master plan beside the Taiyuan Culture center, facing the river. The phase I including four office towers and four residential towers. Office towers are directly facing the river and the residential towers are facing the local park.

The design is inspired by dancers and water wave, four towers are in standard square floor plate to provide high efficiency, while the base is connected with communal entrance and amenity space. The top zone cantilever varies in different direction to provide grand river view.
