Phase-I is mainly industrial development, SGA designed three types of factory buildings including large, medium and small. The ground floor is 6m FFH, while the typical factory FFH is 4.5m. 

SGA rationally design the floor plan of each type of product, reasonably consider the building facade under the balance of image and cost, and reasonably extend the design style of the excellent industrial building of Tianan Cyber Park.
