Located in the center of the Chengdu city, the bridge is formed by four rings to connect the central park on both sides of the bank. The bridge is 740m long with different connecting points to the road, walkway, bank and park in varies grading height. In order to make user close to water, the bridge has been lowered as much as possible to the water surface and with two revolving towers act as cable bridge and openable for large boat to pass by. The structure engineer is Arup.
